The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed, small 3 drawer chest, One 2 drawer night stand & rattan chair. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, two 3 drawer night stands, two drawer Armoire w/tv & vcr, Small roll-top desk w/chair, occasional chair and walk-in closet. The Master Bath has large double vanity & walk-in shower. The laundry room comes with a washer/dryer and utility sink. Sit and enjoy your morning coffee on your back patio while watching the ducks and the lovely water fountain. The covered patio has a round glass table w/4 chairs, a chaise lounge and a gas bbq. There is plenty of room in the 2-car garage for your vehicle and the golf cart, which can be rented for an additional $100 per month with proof of insurance.
