The kitchen features a newer smooth-top range, blt-in microwave, s/s refridgerator, dishwasher & garbage disposal. There is a very large laundry room off the kitchen with cabinets but no washer or dryer. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and there are grab bars in the main bath tub/shower. The yard is fenced and there is a covered patio along with an extended ( uncovered ) paver patio. There is a grapefruit tree in the backyard for your enjoyment. The 2 car garage has blt-in cabinets and a 1/2 bath, for you handymen, so you can clean up after your messy jobs. You can have the landscaping taken care of for an additional $60 per month.
